The staff was so kind and courteous… it’s someone cleaning nonstop everywhere you go, so very clean! Food was amazing, beautiful views, great weather all week. My overall experience was a 10/10! "Beautiful location. Gardens were gorgeous. Pools were beautiful. Appreciated the upgrade to a suite. There were a couple issues. A shower door handle was loose, 3-4 of the outdoor jacuzzi jets did not work. Staff very responsive. Room service fast! Need more personnel serving at pool. Restaurants were wonderful. "

"The staff, waiters and personal service is exceptional. The clientele likewise is amiable and well behaved. Special activities and programs were enlightening and fun. We would go back in a heart beat. We think that the location and views are among the best in the Cabo area.
