"at check in, there was no mention of certain events such as sunrise canoeing, nor was there a notice that our room was on the side where construction was underway with heavy machinery. Otherwise the property is beautiful and the staff was professional and courteous "

"Resort was amazing. Lazy River and pool setup super fun and the kids loved it. Food options excellent. Very impressed by rooms as well. Room service a bit annoying as they would come 3-4x per day and even knock at 9pm to offer room service when we were trying to get our kids down. Rather than respond “please put your “do not disturb” then”, I recommend dialing back to 1-2x daily only during the day. Also, room service nice but repeatedly forgot items, though prompt to fix and come back up....

"My wife and I enjoyed a weekend away at Solaz. The service was impeccable, the views breath taking, the food excellent and the room was inviting and comfortable. We took a whale tour while in Cabo, but I believe we had better whale watching views from our Ocean View balcony at the resort. There really is no need to leave the resort once you arrive. They really have thought about every detail."
