"Extremely remote (nearly a 3 hour bus ride from Kinegawa Onsen Train station into the winding mountains) which was both an adventure and unnerving. Made to feel like a foreigner with little help in understanding the cultural norms as a newcomer to the onsen experience. The in-suite onsen option was incredible, providing both privacy and ability to enjoy the experience as a newcomer free of the "ritual" imposed but not well explained for use of the public hot pools. "食事などはボリュームもありとても満足しています。 しかし 暖房器具が合わなくて苦労しました。 暖房を使うと喉が痛くなってしまい暖房を使わないまま寝たこと。 家族連れの子供が終始騒いでおり残念ながら夜も朝もうるさかったこと。 これはホテル側の問題ではないので難しいところです。 暖房器具は部屋に備え付けのものを使うと喉がやられてしまい咳き込んでしまいました。"
