"Very convenient to the JR station, but took their free door to Airport shuttle bus which was so nice on our departure morning since it had snowed overnight! Didn’t have to lug our bags on the snowy sidewalk!"

Used the laundry facilities and had to get help as I couldn't get it to start, but the staff were good and quick to fix.
