"I loved the free washing machine and detergent in my room. My clothes dried nicely overnight. Staff was friendly, though could not help call a taxi. Metro stop is quite close, and there are lots of fun eating places nearby. The only 2 downsides are that the wi-fi connection was not very good, and the hotel is really hard to find. "The beds are rock hard. I did not sleep more than 2 hours each night. The walls are paper thin and we could hear people across from us all night long. The carpets were stained. This was in an upgraded lake view room. I shudder to think of what is in a standard room.
