"The location is right outside of the train/subway station, easy to visit the city and get on the speed train. Hotel is clean. Some staffs are very helpful. I asked for a receipt, the front desk check out tells me that she can't give me one, because I paid online. When we call some phone buttons for service, no one answers."

"The room is pretty clean and has technology(Virtual assistant). I saw the pic showing the room has a Dyson hair dyer, but in reality, it doesn't. Overall, perfect location and cleanness. Note the highest level is 6. Don't expect too much. Recommended. "

"I loved the free washing machine and detergent in my room. My clothes dried nicely overnight. Staff was friendly, though could not help call a taxi. Metro stop is quite close, and there are lots of fun eating places nearby. The only 2 downsides are that the wi-fi connection was not very good, and the hotel is really hard to find. I had to call the number yhey provided and a man came to find me and lead me there. It's cliae to big Zhongshan street, but not right on it, and office is up on 6th...

"Nice comfortable clean hotel near Xuanwu subway. But aircon broke down on third day and we had to shift to another room. Hotel counter staff do not appear familiar with basic tourist information and could be better equipped with local knowledge of tourist attractions, transport to other places outside Nanjing, where to locate certain landmarks etc..."
