"The room is pretty clean and has technology(Virtual assistant). I saw the pic showing the room has a Dyson hair dyer, but in reality, it doesn't. Overall, perfect location and cleanness. Note the highest level is 6. Don't expect too much. Recommended. "

"First was booked on 31st floor - Room was huge and comfortable but very dated and A/C didn't work -After one night asked them to change me - they did without hesitation - new room on the 8th was smaller but wonderful and "new" - staff is great they really try. "The beds are rock hard. I did not sleep more than 2 hours each night. The walls are paper thin and we could hear people across from us all night long. The carpets were stained. This was in an upgraded lake view room. I shudder to think of what is in a standard room. The front desk is not manned 24 hours a day and if you need to check out before 10 make plans the night before. Most of the staff do not speak English so communicating will be a challenge if you don't know any Mandarin. They...
