"we checked into the room and as soon as we got in the room got a knock on the door, the service man said he came to fix the toilet seat, i lifted it and it was hanging off, i said ok fix it he replied he would come back in the morning, why put us in the room in the first place? obviously couldn't use the toilet seat as you slipped on it and unsafe to use, but after a 8 hour bus travel couldnt be bothered with the hassle so went to the bar for a drink only to see the service man leaving he...

"For its value, it’s great and only 10 mins drive to downtown. The staff was great but the only reason I did not give this hotel a five star is because our sofa bed was not prepared for us before we arrived. The host said the bed should have been pulled out, sheets and blankets made. We have to go to the lobby to ask for blankets and pillows. We booked for two adults and two children."
