"The general ambience of the hotel is very calm and pleasant. But it lacks attention to detail. Replenishment of the coffee was a bit lax. Decaf coffee pods replaced by normal and i’m not allowed to drink caffeine! The bed springs were sticking through and the hotel needs a refurbishment. "Hotel was very nicely done. Room was spacious and clean with modern fittings. It's walking distance into Cambridge. A few things prevented it from being a 5-star experience unfortunately: - Purposely 'dumbed down' Smart TV in the room: upon switch-on, the screen displayed 'Samsung Smart TV' but it just had Freeview with the majority of channels missing.
