"The only negative was the valet/parking situation. The valets asked me to move my car from a spot in the hotel parking lot and then to get in line for the valet. Once we reached the front of the line they asked us to park our car ourselves 15 feet away from where we originally parked. The whole process was frustrating and pointless and freezing as it was -10. Other than that, had a very nice and relaxing stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were easy to use and a bonus....

To top it off the architect of the building outside is very fun and the views are amazing from the room. Never got the time to try out the iHop but would recommend since everything else was in such good standards. Would definitely book here again 11/10 rating for all services provided/available!!"

"Room thermostat would not work, maintenance came in and turned heat on but there was no way to turn it down or off. Hotel was sold out so the would not move me. Second day the gave me a high floor room with a great view. Location of the hotel is great. Parking at $40 a night is not helpful to the total price of the trip. Staff was very professional, room cleaners were great"
