"Good apart from both the hotel and hotels.com charging me and was a nightmare to sort out "

"Phone before booking and ask if pool was available for kid to have a swim told yes don't close until 10 to find out kids cant swim after 7 pm so wasnt happy but the girl jade behind desk was so nice and apologetic and gave us ticket for starbucks for next day drink also late check out so my boy can get a swim ........not like was the lifts were out and the girl behind counter at swimming had bad attitude "

"The Service recieved from Catlin and Daniel was that exceptional. i have emailed the head office to give credit to these two employers, which doesn't often happen in the Hospitality sector."

"Great open space for socialising with a bar, restaurant, pool table and TV's. Small area with kids toys to entertain the little ones too. Most of the staff were freindly, with only one member of staff telling the kids to keep the noise down. That was the only annoying thing, as there were no other guests present other than our party of about 15 people, so I'm not sure who stood to benefit from the 6 kids reducing the noise, when they were just being normal kids playing hide and seek. All in all,...

"The only downside of my stay was being asked to submit my credit card details in case i trashed the room , and also being asked for photo id. Which fortunately i had on me in the form of my O.A.P bus pass. I have stayed at a number of Easy Hotels around the country and never been asked for these items so it kind of felt a bit strange , other than that initial issue all good . "
