"Lovely place to stay food was outstanding "

"Unusually for this hotel, the beds in room 104 are very hard. Not divan beds. These have wooden slatted bases. Not enough pillows. First time I've not had a particularly comfortable night. Tea tray not properly replenished before we arrived but this was quickly rectified "

"The beds were small, there was no real disability access in the bathrooms! There was blood on the bathroom floor. The staff were very friendly, the parking lot was difficult for a person with a disability. "
