"So wonderful to have a shower, organize luggage, and sleep well before a long trip home. Yes, we could hear the low rumble of the subway, but that did not stop us from sleeping well. So nice to wake up and take the 20 minute shuttle to T1. Super convenient. We wanted to book Hellosky in Rome next year, but, unfortunately, it’s way out of our price range and we had to book a hotel downtown. "

"An excellent hotel centrally located for a visit to Madrid. It is close to transport, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. It's staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. It is clean with the room being cleaned daily."

"Spent 8 nights in total in a city view room. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful to sleep at night considering how busy Grand Via is. The pro of being so centrally located also makes it a bit of a con when you’re tired at the end of a busy day exploring and have to dodge waves of people coming at you to get back to your hotel. The breakfast was perfect with plenty of selection. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The room was large with plenty of storage. I wouldn’t want to stay...

"Some of the rooms are very isolated and the pillows are very uncomfortable to sleep with. The staff were quick and helpful and I liked the nice breakfast included. While the area is not the most charming one it is practical as it’s very close to downtown. "

"Amazing location, has a major transit station right across the street with a mall and a terrific restaurant right next-door. At the corner there is a taxi stand and also a grocery store right next-door. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff is extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"Stayed for business. I was early for check-in, not only did I get the room, but I was given an upgrade! The room was spacious, the bed super confortable, the minibar very well stocked, good shower and stuff. The breakfast was great! And I also had dinner at their restaurant and it was pretty good too. There are at least 4 restaurants that looked great walking distance. "
