"We had a great stay at Eva's place. The house and garden are beautiful, well kept and clean. The outside spaces are wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking supplies. And there are nice cafes and playgrounds in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it for a family stay in Madrid."

Nachdem man die steile Stiege hochgekommen ist, kommt einem in der kleinen Dachkammer dann auch mal der Gedanke nach einem potenziellen Fluchtweg. im Brandfall. "Upon arriving at this dirty and unkept villa we were immediately of the mind frame of ‘oh well, let’s make the most of it’ as we set about cleaning the kitchen to a standard that allowed us to prepare food and drink/eat from cutlery and glasses etc.. the second disappointment for us was the air con, or lack of it!
