"Excellent hotel in great location. Modern and clean in a great location downtown Montreal. Walkable to the metro. Street is under construction now so some noise during the day but not bad."

The only thing I can say is that breakfast wasn't what we expected. It was a bit disappointing with the limited variety and limited food. It was never as it appears in the photos"

"I was not happy at all that I had to wait 5 days for my $250 security deposit be returned back to me on my card. When I had to pay, they received my money right away. This is totally unacceptable "

"Went with children, it was close by to malls and dining locations that we walked everywhere. The room and breakfast and staff and everything else about the hotel was wonderful. Pool is small and towels are not always replenished in time, but I asked front desk and they brought some. The only hiccup was parking, very low ceilings, SUVs may have trouble getting in and out. And there was limited spots. We were hoping to commute around the city, but due to limited parking, we parked and walked."
