"Our host was so wonderfully accommodating in being responsive to our needs. The apartment is located over a small bar. Nothing got rowdy but a little white noise was helpful during the night. The beds were super firm. The heating system worked well which was helpful since the single pane windows didn’t provide much insulation especially the one that was partially sealed with paper towels. We were thankful for the shopping bags under one of the legs of the pool table which helped to level it...

"Nice, clean condo, within walkable distance of Quebec city center. Perfect for a short stay. Grocery store and bakery/coffee shop conveniently located nearby. Parking located behind building was a big plus. Plan to bring quarters if you want to use washer and dryer. Jean-Rene was very supportive and responsive."

"So much around this area as far as restaurants, pubs and the business district. The place was clean and the space was huge. Our host was very responsive and it was easy checking in. The weekend was a bit noisy for the front bedroom that faced the street as there are some very busy restaurant/bar establishments below the unit and across the street. The back bedrooms were quieter. Would highly recommend this place, just take ear plugs for weekend visits."

"A couple girlfriends and I last minute decided to drive up to MTL from Boston for the new year. David’s place was available and absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, living area was big and comfortable with the open kitchen and the back porch was a huge hit even in the winter. We were walking distance from everything we wanted to see and just steps away from the hustle and bustle of St. Catherine’s. David was super responsive and helpful...

"We had a wonderful time in Montreal. The condo was everything we needed. Close to the Bell Centre and all of downtown. The building has all the amenities like indoor pool and gym. Parking garage was right across the street and very reasonable. Would definitely stay there next time in Montreal."

"Tres confortable pour les 4 adultes de notre groupe. Propre, bien équipé. Beaucoup de rangement pour nos bagages. Bien insonorisé, on n'entend pas la circulation de la rue. Localisation pratique pour se déplacer dans la région. Stationnement facile sur les rues avoisinantes. Plusieurs commerces sur la rue St Joseph, mais pas d'épicerie à proximité. Les propriétaires répondent rapidement à nos questions. "

"My wife and I came up to stay between Christmas and new years for some Old Quebec City magic. My son ended up tagging along and so we stayed and utilized the apartment for three nights. Ivan was super helpful and prompt with responses. We had a low battery on the door lock and he took care of it quick so we didn't have to worry while being out. The neighborhood is very Quebec. Narrow, somewhat quiet street on the edge of some fun neighborhoods. We Ubered everywhere and paid 13CAD at most...

"I enjoyed a weekend stay here. Booking through VRBO was rough, but the host and I figured it out. The property was accurate to the listing - the rainfall shower was my favorite feature. I had a few accessibility concerns, but was able to navigate the space and neighborhood."
