"The hotel is in a very nice location, Staff is friendly. Customer service was ok when it was available. When you get to this hotel you self-check in yourself at Kiosk. There's no parking, the only option is valet and you have to pay for it if you're from outside of Canada make sure you have "Winter Tires" if not they won't park your car and you have to park a couple blocks away at public parking.
