We booked this hotel for one of our employees who was flown in for our company Christmas party, as it was conveniently located near our workplace. While the hotel itself was clean and reasonably maintained, several issues made the stay disappointing. The most significant problem was parking. Although the hotel advertises "parking included," the lot was full both Friday and Saturday due to events being held on-site. When our employee raised this with the staff, they were told that parking is not guaranteed. This is misleading—if parking can’t be assured, it shouldn’t be promoted as part of the booking. Additionally, the hotel was extremely loud, especially on Saturday night when disturbances escalated to the point that the police had to get involved. This made it impossible for our employee to get proper rest. With a 7:45 a.m. flight the next morning requiring them to leave the hotel at 5 a.m., the noise made it an even more unpleasant experience. Our employee also reported that the front desk staff offered no helpful solutions to these issues, which was disappointing. Overall, while the hotel’s proximity to our office was convenient, the lack of guaranteed parking, the noise, and the unresponsive staff make it hard for me to recommend this hotel for future stays
