"After searching different hotels, booking, cancelling a few, we ended with Swastika. To our surprise it’s a beautiful peaceful property without the noise of Sanur traffic. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and comfortable. We gave a 4 rating for cleanliness because we saw a cockroach crawling across the room 😝. Cook to order breakfast is delicious. Menu changes daily. The pools were great with good temperature. "

"The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good. I really enjoyed the pool too and all the convenience around. Unfortunately the room never felt clean, they gave you one roll of toilet paper at a time and there were a variety of living creatures in my room from mice to lizards, ants and I believe the mattress had either fleas or bed bugs. I got bit so many time. "

"The hotel location is not easily visible from the street and one has to look out for the signage. It provides complimentary shuttle to and from Ubud Centre. It also runs the adjacent Japanese restaurant which serves breakfast to hotel guests in the morning. Food from the restaurant is good. One can also find a lot of dining options along the same stretch of road. We are impressed with the excellent services by the hotel staff who were very helpful and responded swiftly to our requests.
