"The staff was amazing, very kind and always around to help with huge smiles . The food in the restaurant was pretty disappointing though, I ended up ordering out or just not eating almost every night I was there. The welcome book mentioned a fully stocked mini bar but there was no such thing anywhere in my villa. The remote for my air conditioning broke twice. I loved my private pool and villa but this is definitely a budget accommodation . If you have the cash stay somewhere near central Ubud."
