"We stayed here the evening before a morning flight out of Frankfurt airport. While it is completely walkable from the hotel to the airport, it was a cold (and somewhat miserable) 15 minute walk from Terminal 2. There is a bus which shortens the walk somewhat (61), and there is a bus X17 which has a stop right in the Gardens area where the hotel is, but we couldn't figure out the bus schedule for it. Morning breakfast was very worthwhile before our flight. The property could probably use some...

"Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel.."

"Convenient, clean small room but close to old town and March prices were very reasonable. Unfortunately busses were not running due to a strike and it was tricky to find hotel using a map (no wifi or google). Uber would have been a better option from train station especially if you have luggage…"

"The hotel is in a great location and the car park is close by. The lady on the desk when we checked in we think was the owner. She was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast room was a typical German wooden panelled room which was delightful the staff made us feel welcome and the breakfast was excellent. "

"Perfect location in close walking distance to the Castle. Nice room with balcony and beautiful view over the Rhine. Exhaustive breakfast for 17 €: well worth the money, if you like big breakfasts... We'll be happy to come back soon."

"The picture posted on Expedia of the outside of the building was not the same as the building itself. The pictures of the bathroom on the website are only from the bigger rooms so when we checked in there was only a small square shower. The staff was amazing went out of their way to make my stay there much better. "

"Lovely friendly hotel and breakfast included was a great bonus. Our room was a good size and was spotlessly clean. Great location for the old town. Parking access is tight for bigger cars. Would stay again."

"We stayed here the evening before a morning flight out of Frankfurt airport. While it is completely walkable from the hotel to the airport, it was a cold (and somewhat miserable) 15 minute walk from Terminal 2. The property could probably use some TLC as there were some visible markings and stains on the white walls and the cushions in the chair, but the rooms and linens were otherwise clean. "
