"Very good"

"Great airport hotel. Nice big modern, quiet room, comfy bed. The restaurant on site was what we needed. The shuttle to and from the airport runs every 20 min, which was fabulous for our very early morning flight. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking garage, which was far away from the hotel, and a public lot. Confusing signage, and once inside, it looked like most spots were reserved. The elevator seemed to require a key card, we couldn’t get it to work. The garage was not easy, and not convenient. Other than the garage, I loved the hotel. I would definitely book there again."

"Personnel was exceptional. The parking is still very difficult. We read all the internet comments, called the hotel directly, and received good GPS instructions, (enter destination "Sudpassage). When we did this, we were unable to identify the parking lot or the turn to find it. When we parked in an open area to re-enter the destination and make a second attempt, we were advised by the police to "move on." (Do not blame them for doing their job.) Given the complexity (to us) of the highway layout, we concluded that it was easier to drop the rental car and walk to the hotel with the luggage, another convoluted process although airport personnel were numerous and helpful."

"I landed in the morning after traveling for over 12 hours. They were kind enough to let me check-in early for a small fee. I only stayed a night and my room was very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Customer service was exceptional over the phone and in person. I love they had a free shuttle from the airport. It was easy to get a uber back and forth from places I went to nearby. Overall my one night stay was amazing, no issues. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality."
