"My stay was great. But I was surprised when I booked 2 rooms, I had to pay for an extra person. I assumed since I booked 2 rooms, the 4 members of my family and baby can stay comfortably in the rooms. But, being forced to pay for 1 member of my family was a surprise. "This is a nice, cozy hotel. The Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The one thing that was a bit bad well not bad but sort of uncomfortable is that there was no heating in the room and it got really chilly in the evening and morning but the comforter was sufficient to stay warm. There is a restaurant (Kolo) on the top floor and the food is super good and the Staff there super friendly. "
