"Conveniently located with covered linkbridge to airport. Good price, big room and with simple complimentary breakfast buffet. Good for overnight stay to catch a morning flight. Only con for me is the soft pillows. "

Which meant although we booked for an infant and requested a cot, the hotel did not provide one and the room was too small for our travel cot. We also contacted them by email after stay when we left something in the room the hotel but again no response to emails in English and Japanese to arrange for us to retrieve it."

Absolutely excellent value for money, just inconvenient to get to (car/taxi basically mandatory). --- I went with enough people that we booked 2 of the standard quadruple bed rooms. Since these rooms are actually two halves of the same cabin (unlike the private villas), we basically had the whole cabin to ourselves. "What I loved about this hotel was that, unlike other Japanese hotels, the rooms were big, and easy to move around in. Most Japanese Hotel rooms are basically closets with a bed. The only improvement I could think of would be to make indoor safes (for personal valuables) available in all the rooms."
