"車椅子での利用。入り口の段差有り、スロープが無い。固定されて無い小さな簡易スロープは置いてありましたが、スーツケース用の為ぐらいのはかなさ。ロビー内はバリアフリー。でも海岸側の外に出ようとしたら、また段差。車椅子1人では、ホテルから外に出れない。当然、砂浜海岸までは長い階段。2泊3日だったけど、暇した。ランチがないので、苦労してオーシャンリゾートホテルまで行った。朝食バイキングにメインが無い。夕食メインは、揚げたての海老天、これには満足、だけど1人ふたつまで。会席料理頼んだけど、やっていませんと言われました。ウエルカムドリンクのカウンターまで階段で車椅子で行けないしセルフサービスと言われた。当然温泉ははいれなかったけど、入浴税は精算された。夜お腹すいても、ルームサービスは無い。夢を持って、もっと豪華にしたかった。GWの催しもショーなども一切なかった。"

"This was a fabulously beautiful ryokan With wonderful service, beautiful rooms that were large and with an ocean view. The staff speak adequate English. From the moment you walk in the lobby a sense of peace and serenity surrounds you.The onsen was on the top floor in some beautiful rock garden ledges with a great view. "This is a hidden gem that I literally stumbled upon. This area is famous for agriculture so the food was sourced locally and amazing. The staff is international so even if you don't speak much Japanese you will be fine. It is peaceful and fun to walk around the area. We even met a young tomato and melon farmer who showed us his greenhouse. It was like staying in a ancient Japanese palace in a very local village. "Excellent service and spacious room. The Onsen is really great and the food is high quality. Once the shuttle bus from the hotel pick you up, you basically have to stay at the property for the hot spring and food. "

"The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. "

"Did not have a great time at this place. It is more suited to retired old Japanese people who want to go to the onsen. Felt a bit uncomfortable as we were the only westerners there but people were friendly. While the view was good from our room, the beach was dirty and not maintained. If the hotel would have paid someone to clean the beach up every morning it would’ve been a better experience."

"Upon our arrival, an employee greeted us and helped with luggage. The public area was elegant and displayed so many beautiful artwork and antiques. Being at the top of a hill and by the ocean/bay, the view was gorgeous especially during cherry blossom season. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection mainly Japanese food including pacific lobster miso soup. There was a spacious coffee/tea ( snacks) area with the same beautiful view. Our room was a tatami, sofa set, and bed combo and was very spacious. It offered coffee beans with a mill and various tea bags. We didn't use our room bath as we bathed in the onsen which providedmany amenities.The room also provided a bag of amenities as well. Overall, we had a lovely 2-night stay and would like to have stayed a bit longer just to relax in the room."

"What I didn't like. A receptionist woman was not friendly. Staffs at Buffet looked tired and they didn't smile. There was nearly no table service. I used a humidifier in a room. Then, my room started to smell terrible. What I liked about Bath facilities was excellent. They added a stone sauna. The basket to carry was useful. The yukata set was convenient. Pick up service from ferry port was super helpful. The variety of buffet was impressive, but somehow, things tasted better 2 years ago. . "
