Great stay
Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

アルコールの提供やラウンジの設備がとても良かったのですが…食事をする時に人が多過ぎて食べ物を取りに行くのも大変で、夕食も朝食も長蛇の列で直ぐに食べる事が出来なかったのが残念でした。エレベーターもなかなか来なくて乗る事が出来ず、ほとんど階段で登り降りをしました。上の方の階だったので大変でした。

古さは感じられますが、リニューアルされてラウンジが使えたり、温泉の雰囲気が落ち着いた感じになっていたところはよかったです。ビュッフェは混雑していて並んでいるうちに料理が冷めてしまったので、会場を２箇所に分ける、時間帯を分散させるなどの工夫があったら良いかなと思います。
