"The service was amazing, and the hotel is so charming! I stayed in one of the garden rooms and loved walking through the courtyard to get there. I was greeted by the Inn's cat, Annabelle, who kindly escorted me to my room. My only suggestion for improvement is a station to refill reusable waterbottles. I'll certainly be staying here again the next time I'm in Richmond!"

"Fantastic experience!!! The man at the front desk at check in might have been the friendliest person Ive ever encountered at any hotel ive ever stayed in. The rest of the staff was just as friendly. Every time we passed someone we were greeted with a smile and a hello. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and will be using again in the future. "

"My stay was great and the location was even greater because the hotel was in the midst of great stores to shop at and good restaurants to dine at. The only con is that the hotel could be refreshed, specifically the room I stayed in. The refrigerator had a leak, the bathroom lights gave a strobe light effect for 1-2 min. when turnt on and the cleaning could be a little more thorough. I stayed in one of the studuo suites. "Very nice stay but being that’s it’s winter time they should really take into consideration the pool around shouldn’t feel like outside . They should make sure the heat is turned on & if they can’t accommodate that , let guest know ahead of time."
