"Overall the place was fine. Everything worked as it should. We normally stay waterfront but opted for a small kitchen area and ended up here. It is on the opposite side of the road from the water. Exuma is beautiful but if you’re looking for a lot of activities, this is not the place. If your looking for beautiful beaches and white sand, this is the place to come."

"The property is very well situated with an elevated position which gives you a sea view. It is quite a distance from Georgetown and you do need transport. Fanny's Bar is within walking distance but that is it. It is very well equipped, the only thing missing was a sponge to do the washing up. Some of the furniture is damaged - sofa torn and rattan chairs but this didn't detract from the amazing open space around the living room. "This place has seen better days. Carpeting appears to be at least 20 years old. It's been a while since I stayed at a place that did not have a coffee pot in the room nor coffee available on the property by 7:00 am. The staff was nice and friendly which was the only save."
