"What an amazing stay and house! The home had everything we could have imagined and more. As my wife said "this house is the most stocked house we've stayed at." Great kitchen to cook in with a large variety of spices for cooking. This is oddly a huge thing for me as many rentals overlook this. The location is totally private and perfect with plenty to do right there. Off the beaten path but close enough to the markets for ease of food shopping. There is a great snorkeling spot (Blue Hole) just around the corner via kayak/SUP where we swam with sea turtles! They pop up every minute or so and are not hard to find. The low tide provides for opportunity to walk on a huge sand bar and see other marine species. The house has everything and then some and made our trip to Exuma so easy. The owner is extremely helpful from booking to checking out. We would 100% come back to this home for another stay in Exuma!"

"Amazing view with custom home style atmosphere.. The owner and all of his staff will make you feel right at home the food was top notch with not having to wait for hours to get food brought to your table. Service was quick and prompt that's very hard to find in the Bahamas. Clear view of the Ocean from your room,pool, dining area and bar. Amazing beach to walk on and swim. "

"This villa felt so homely and had such a lovely soul, we have never felt so comfortable in a rented villa before. The kids loved playing in the calm waters around the villa and there is a really sweet little reef close by with quite a large array of small fish for the kids to snorkel around and look at. The beach is exposed at low tide and makes a lovely seating spot, as does the decking and pier! Sunrises are spectacular from here. The 2 rooms downstairs are on the outside of the property so more suited to older children but the area is very safe so we had no worries about our kids having their own “pad”. We took the free kayaks down to the nearby blue hole and saw sting rays, turtles and masses of fish - definitely worth while on a calm day. We cooked every night in the villa - it’s very well stocked with all the essentials and a few extras. 100% recommended "
