"Hotel rooms are wonderful. Dinner and breakfast are great. However, transporation by shuttle was a disaster. We waited for over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport even though I had contacted the hotel and given them my arrival time and asked whether I needed to let them know when I arrive. They told me I did not need to call and that the shuttle ran every 20 minutes. After waiting for an hour, I called the hotel and it rang more than twenty times before someone finally answered...

Parking is a bit pricy but ez to spot its entrance on left side of main hotel door. Some noises on the streets heard at nite even from 8th floor. Generally the hotel is in great area, will book again soon in near future. "

"Our stay st the Alexander Inn was fantastic! We were looking for a place in the hubbub of downtown Philly and this place certainly delivered. Our room was gorgeous and spacious. Nothing was out of order or went wrong. The continental breakfast and complimentary beverages was a highlight. There is a parking garage down the street that they discount, but it is still fairly expensive. The Inn was close to public transportation and in a great central location to walk to Philly's many attractions....

"We stayed for 1 night over the weekend. The pool was packed w not 1 towel available all weekend. So many teens and kids in the hotel they probably couldnt have them out. At night it turned to a party on floor 5. Teens are allowed to rent rooms and party so dont expect to sleep. The staff was great. The property was taken care of. It attracts the type of crowd i was hoping to escape from so i wouldn't stay here again. No fault to the hotel, guests dont jnow how to behave and be respectful "

"The property smelled nice and was quite modern. Overall, it was a good stay with a few minor inconveniences. First, I miss the days when hotels had free parking. Having to pay $25 to stay overnight is frustrating when you're already paying for a room. Second, the bathroom door was a sliding door with a sizable gap!
