"Quick short night stay. Close to the airport & free convenient shuttle."

"Upon arrival we were greeted by a bell hop and while we didn't need his service, he was very courteous and opened doors for us. We parked in the parking garage which was conveniently located by the hotel. Check in was quick, with no issues. The room was very clean and cute, the only thing I wish is that we would have had a view other than a roof of a building, considering we had four windows (one in the bathroom), however being in downtown it probably requires one of the top floors for that....

"This is my choice of stay when I am flying out of the kansas city airport. I can leave my vehicle know that I have a secure place for it and for me to sleep and a shuttle back and forth to the airport 24/7. This hotel is very well kept.Very clean very secure. And the shuttle drivers are so friendly and helpful. "

"It was a great stay. The breakfast was fabulous. Here are the things we were not happy about: We don't drink so we didn't want cocktails but we couldn't get any hot cocoa. Only the top floors get the hot chocolate and we were in the second floor. Also, we were charged later for parking. $7. We actually live not to far away and this isn't downtown or in a bad neighborhood. So that type of charge was unnecessary but especially since we weren't told it would cost to park. "
