"First time visiting Canada. Hotel was nice and the area was nice as well. If you take the Victoria clipper, it docks near this hotel. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Parking was no issue. Biggest complaint was the shower. Very low pressure and it lost hot water for a little bit then returned. It’s as if someone flushed the toilet. "

"It was very odd. There was a random bar Of soap on the bathroom counter. I literally thought my friend had brought it. Which I thought seemed odd. Turns out she didn’t bring it. Why was this left in our room. There was a stain on my pillow. "

"Good location. Friendly staff. Parking was awkward. It was across the street and in an underground of a different building. Needed a separate card key to come and go. "
