"My family and I checked in and love the size of the room! There were a couple of things that kept me from giving the hotel a 5 star all the way around. The first thing I noticed was the door frame and door going into the room, it clearly had been tampered with, huge dents of a pry bar or large screw driver used trying to force into room. Our hotel had a shared door, always freaks me out with children. There was a huge gap between door and floor. I shoved a towel against the gap and blocked...

"They really lack st having your rooms ready at check in . Check in is at 3pm we tried to check in at 4:30 NO rooms were ready ! Maybe think of adjusting your check out time to allow more time for rooms to get clean. "

"The hotel was perfect! Well kept and updated. Our room was fabulous and the bed very comfy. But the best part of our trip was Coleen. She was staffing the front desk and when we got there for our concert there were no Ubers or Lyfts available. She heard our distress and volunteered to drive us to the concert herself once her shift was over. She took us straight to the front door and couldn’t have been friendlier. Our whole trip was saved thanks to her. One of the nicest people we have ever met. "
