"Pleasant hotel in a quiet area with helpful staff. It's a very straightforward experience with not many amenities -- no hotel transportation, laundry service, refrigerators or microwave, for example. "Very comfortable, great location. Bit of an issue with Sat nav in getting there but good parking availability. "

"There was everything I needed and more, but so much needed repairing or maintaining. I was particularly unhappy about the reluctance to observe standard fire precautions at night evidenced by the wedging open of fire and smoke stop doors. This was noted at 23:00 hrs. Very pleased to find breakfast was included, and that ironing facilities were available without request. "
