"Hotel staff are not friendly so do not expect any greetings nor smiles from them. They were not helpful nor keen in giving information about attractions nearby. Getting your luggage to and from the room was not convenient as there wasn’t any lifts. We had to carry our own luggage up the stairs so do not carry any heavy luggage if you decide to stay here. No bellboy here. "

The last day of my trip they doing somethign on the airconditioner It was like painting around the air conditioner It was very smelly and can't stand it they didin't informed before painting I would rather go to another hotel. poor pacility small pool and noting but close to summermall "

"The local area has no shortage of places to eat and the hotel is a very short walk away from one of the nicer and quieter stretches of the Sanya Bay beach. I also appreciated that it's positioned in a less touristy and more interesting part of town, where everything was available close by. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very well priced providing a great alternative for travellers on a budget. No complaints from me."
