"- Wall power sockets were unsafe in 2/3 rooms on the same floor (sparks, burnt the charger, not stick on the wall) - Had to move room without any assistance at 12-1AM on the first night due to the wall sockets (we had to argue to move as well) - No smoke detectors - safety issue - also on a non-smoking floor (there’s definitely people smoking) - Room not cleaned properly - used cups not replaced or cleaned, cleaning staff continually forget to replace used amenities (eg. mosquito repellent) - Horrible quality of linen - towels were worn thin (not 5 star quality), pillowcases had holes in them - Bed was hard. Like sleeping on a blanket on the floor. - WIFI too slow. - Hotel staff do not look like they want to be there - no greeting, no smiles, look annoyed when called to room, unwilling to help, doorman is not there 50% of the time - Shower water pressure not good - Lotion not provided - 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner - No coffee and tea provided - Only one staff at reception can speak English and they didn’t even directly speak to guests - as a hotel under an American brand that’s supposed to be catered towards international guests, this is unacceptable"
