"We have stayed there several times. It has gone down. The elevators are tiny. One didn’t work all weekend. For a 9 story building that was a mess. For two days no Hot water! In the winter that is critical. The sofa was a wreck! The floors damaged. The outlet by the bed was dead! One tiny waste can in the entire apartment by the toilet. The desk staff were very nice but things were beyond their control ! "

"Very good hotel, modern inside, great breakfast, comfortable bed. Location can be great for some to be able to walk to central areas, or terrible when waiting for a taxi as they cannot stop easily at the front. The pavement in front of the hotel is always crammed with people due to the Costanera Mall next door. The only downside was the water in the shower, kept going from boiling hot to freezing cold every single morning for 10 days."

"When I arrived at the hotel I was feeling disheartened by what I saw…piles of garbage all over. Inside the hotel was clean, and the lady, Hermana (sp) spoke some English, and was so nice.
