"Not handicapped accessible. You must go up about 6 stairs just to reach the lift and 3 or 4 more steps to get to the reception area. The free breakfast was good but once again there was 2 more sets of stairs to get there. The staff were awesome about helping with the luggage and taking care of all other requests.
