"I read the room description before I booked but seeing in person left me a bit disappointed. Room was smaller than I had pictured. Luckily the ceiling was higher so not as claustrophobic as it could've been. Lack of natural night was noticeable. There is a small window opening into a "courtyard" but not enough for my liking. Had trouble using key card to unlock doors even though I heard the buzzer. Lack of coffee maker in room was not good. Room had small fridge which was helpful. ...

"Property is walkable to the train station in Firenze SMN. The room is clean and spacious and veranda overlooks a nice garden outside. Our host Niccolo is friendly, funny and warm. He explained everything thoroughly to us and was very detailed in giving information about our location and where we can go to dine. Overall we enjoyed our stay and though we did not finish our 4 nights stay as we are headed to Rome on our 3rd day, we appreciate the host hospitality and room amenities. Thumbs up! "
