Hotel staff friendly and helpful, parking is free for guests, rooms are spacious but the air conditioning didn't seem to be working and it was red hot, so wasn't the greatest night's sleep. Would still look to stay there in future if we visit Leeds though. "

Our room was comfortable yet basic and looked like it could do with fresh paint as a lot of the walls were marked and looked a bit grubby.
