"That the window had been lodged open from the outside we were in a basement room overlooking the street level above, the window had been lodged open with an empty beer bottle and we had no idea on returning to thd room later that night as there is a single glass sliding window within the frame and we were cold and put it down to the location. In the morning we opened the curtains to find the reason was as explained we were ipset as this made us unsecured in our room. Reported to Natalie who said...

"Parking isnt great but the location is fantastic. Only reason i was a bit annoyed is the worls going on inside. No warning or sign to stop you walking into a corridor full of electric cabled hanging down. Had to go up a floor across the building and back down to get to our room. Reception never mentioned it. Other than that it was a fantastic stay"
