"Very cosy and warm, steep steps up to room and parking a few minutes walk away. A wonderful view to wake up to overlooking the river Medway. No breakfast inc and it’s not clear reading the other reviews, I think it’s overpriced without breakfast. We enjoyed our stay but I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately. If you are a light sleeper noisy traffic in the background also. The host was friendly. "

"Good location for wedding we attended two doors down. Stairwell/corridor absolutely dire. Luckily room had recently been refurbished so was slightly better, however, needed a good clean and not even sure if sheets has been laundered prior to our stay as there were small hairs on them!!! Curtains only covered half of the window so woke up with sun in our eyes at 5am..."
