"Had a lovely 2 nights stay as a couple. Room spacious. 4 poster comfy bed. Room bit dated and needs some tlc. Simonne on reception very friendly as she was also at breakfast. Nice quality breakfast and a good price. There's lovely grounds at hotel. Drinks quite pricey at the bar. Would defo return. Had a lovely weekend break"

I think it worth mentioning that in the bathroom in my room the towel rail and the electric shaving socket were both high up - probably too high for shorter people. The beer and evening meal were so so. I was there on a Monday after a hot weekend so beer supplies were down. My first three choices were unavailable. Breakfast was fine. A big problem for me was not the hotel, but that Expedia is advertising the hotel as being at 358...

It has easy parking and a great garden to stroll on. it is family friendly and we liked the personal touch with video game setup in the room for the kids. Breakfast and meals are available.
