"Room was okay, as expected. Staff could be a bit more accommodating, some staff members spoke little Malay/English and came off as rude. Do not plan to rely on the hotel's wifi. The wifi did not work for most sites and was extremely slow in the case that it did. Area is really good, convenient to most places."

"Old, Dirty and Falling apart. Room was boiling hot on arrival, aircon didn't work properly, noisy aircon and fridge. Tiny bar fridge was dirty and empty, no bottled water. Toilet didnt flush properly. Most staff were rude and unhelpfull, but not all. Our room was clearly including buffet breakfast, showed them my booking email but they said it was booked by Expedia, not Wotif and no breakfast was noted. Possibly in future i will book directly with expedia if thats what wotif do. DO NOT STAY...
