"I stayed at TY Newport as TY Magor had closed for the Christmas holiday, this wasn’t a problem they gave me plenty of notice telling me I was being transferred to TY Newport the staff there was very friendly and helpful and the hotel I know is new but still very nice place to stay,I will be returning to this hotel if the prices are right."

"Natalie was extremely helpful when we arrived. She didn't realise we had a dog but changed our room and our dog got a welcome pack which was a lovely touch... the hotel itself had a great vibe to it which is what i needed as i was visiting my sick daughter at the university hospital of Wales. Great breakfast. Good night sleep... Will definitely stay again. Thank you to Natalie for going above and beyond. "

There was some cobwebs in bathroom and on first night accidentally spilt some tea on duvet but this was not changed when room was serviced next morning. But would stay there again the food was very nice and the pool was lovely. Although the building could do with some maintenance. We stayed two nights and had a very pleasant stay. "
