"A very lovely and beautiful hotel. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Spa treatment the best we've had so far and worth. Spectacular view from our bedroom which we got upgraded to.. Will definitely stay again No free parking so we paid parking but easy access to public transport and short taxi trips to cardiff centre. We did not have dinner in the hotel but the breakfast was good Very crean"

"Nice comfortable and quiet hotel in the centre of Cardiff ideally place for some shopping, bars and visiting the museum. Very nice spa and pool. Our room was directly opposite so bars and a night club which was a bit concerning, however, we didn’t hear a thing, room widows very well insulated. Parking expensive at £32.50 in the NCP directly opposite the hotel for 24 hours, but you do get a 25% reduction from reception. "
