The customer service isn’t the best and they only supply you with two rolls of toilet paper and tell you you’re on your own for more. The bar at the pool wasn’t open during our stay."

"Definitely need a car to access the property as cabs are pricey and no public transportation. The entrance to the property could be more noticeable from the road as I kept driving by it at night due to that and the lack of street lighting on the road. Roc was very attentive and onsite which added an extra sense of security while on the property. "
