Only downside I can say is that the only view outside is from the corner of the bedroom. "My friends and I had a lovely stay at Michael’s property for my birthday week! It’s quiet, serene, has a private pool which is a great way to cool off after a long day on the beach and its location on a sea turtle lagoon cannot be beat! "The property is out of the tourist area but the whole island is 17 miles so easy to get wherever you're going if you have rental car. Bedroom has tv with cable and window air conditioner. "We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The condo was new and well appointed. The pool was awesome. The condo was five minute walk from the Sands resort. Very easy access to restaurants and shopping. I would absolutely return."

"The apartment was immaculate. The bed was comfortable with good quality linens. Petite in size but worked for us for the 3 nights we were there. I would say you need a rental car (we used Scooter Bob), traveled to many beaches including the one within walking distance, shopped at the IGA and ate locally. "A hidden little Gem in the heart of Grace Bay Beach. It’s a short little walk to the beach ( 3-4 minute walk). The condo itself was nice and had everything you could possibly want. "The food was excellent and many dining experiences were available with the option of going to their sister resort also. They provided a shuttle to the sister resort also. The beach area in front of the resort is very large and easy to go for long walks on the beach. An easy mile walk to the shopping district and walk to the local Thursday night Fish Fry. "
