"What a delightful cottage apartment! Directions to get there with our rental car were easy. We did a lot of cooking and the description of the kitchen was accurate. We especially enjoyed being able to use the outdoor grill! The rooftop patio was very nice, we sat up there and watched the Moon. The property is a three minute walk to the beach, which was absolutely beautiful. And the E bikes were really fun! It’s a perfect spot for two, would highly recommend it."

"Great place! Those looking for a place away from the busy resorts, this is it. You’re a 15 min drive from (in our opinion) the best beach on the island( Grace Bay) About the place and owner. Very spacious, has everything you need. Wide open floor plan. The owner is very quick to help with what ever you need. From beach chairs to kayaks everything is there and yours to use. "Enjoyed our stay in Turks and Caicos. Accommodations were perfect for us. Beds were comfortable, hot water never ran out, pressure and temperature good, everything was working and in good condition. "The property is out of the tourist area but the whole island is 17 miles so easy to get wherever you're going if you have rental car. Bedroom has tv with cable and window air conditioner. No tv in living room and has ceiling fan. Spacious place, full kitchen, lovely deck to have morning coffee. Property manager was resposive and accomodating."

"We loved the villa! It was very peaceful and convenient to access the beach and Leeward Highway. It was a perfect place to hub for exploring the island. We most enjoyed lots of time on the patio. Communication was great as was the availability of beach gear like chairs, umbrella and snorkeling equipment. Highly recommend!"

"We have never been to Turks and Caicos before so we pick this location without knowing anything - and it was PERFECT! The location is very central to everything. We rented a car to get around - but the 3 restaurants in walking distance were very convenient. The condo is very clean, well appointed- and felt just like home. We didn’t use the pool - but having it available (walking out the patio door!) would be perfect for families with young kids. "
