The breakfast was lovely with excellent cappuccino & espresso and a nice selection of meats and pastries. It is very close to the San Giovanni train station which is a plus. The staff was super friendly and helpful."

"Hotel is in a great location, ten minutes walk from the main train station (San Giovani) and a few minutes walk to the lake. It is situated in the old town which is largely pedestrianised. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy. It is a little dated, but not run down or lacking maintenance. The breakfast is ok, limited choice continental but as expected for the price. "
