"The young man went out of his way to helpfully check us in, carry our cases and show us to our rooms. Wonderful service by him. Rooms both very good size and clean with excellent amenities apart from poor hair dryer and slamming 3 fire doors below my room, which is the entrance to the building so can not be stopped. "This property should be 4* at a minimum. Fabulous location overlooking Lake Como with stunning views, nestled away in the hill side of Cernobbio. The room was a great size. Bedside lighting which provides for a cosy retreat in the evening. Bathroom was perfect and great shower. I really couldn’t ask for more.
